John is an emerging playwright with a passion for contemporary theatre. His debut play 'It's no use going back to yesterday' was longlisted by the Royal Shakespeare Company in 2023 for their 37 plays project and was 'highly commended' by the National Theatre's panel of script readers. He has experience in both directing and acting in a variety of community theatres in London.

John is currently covering the Camden Fringe Festival as a reviewer on behalf of London Pub Theatres
